These Terms govern your use of Perla.ai, an AI voice receptionist and clinic management platform for dental clinics, operated by R & R Newtech Dental Corp., a company duly registered in the Philippines (“Perla,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Perla provides an AI assistant that answers calls, books appointments, and a dashboard to manage your clinic’s patients, schedule, supplies, and related records. Perla is a tool to assist your clinic; it does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login secure, and for ensuring you have the right to upload any patient data you put into Perla. You remain the controller of your clinic’s data; we process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid access is currently purchased in advance for the period shown at checkout and does not renew automatically. Pricing may include AI minutes and usage limits. Usage is metered from call records and reconciled against our voice provider’s records for accuracy. Any new access period or additional charge requires a separate checkout or written agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We work to keep Perla available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The voice line depends on third-party providers and your patients’ connectivity. Always keep a direct clinic phone number available as a fallback.
Features marked beta are provided “as is” and may change. We may add, modify, or discontinue features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perla is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed appointments, or lost revenue arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using Perla and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
